Breastfeeding
We offer breastfeeding support in a few different forms. We have experience with complicated breastfeeding from our work at the postnatal ward and have, in addition to doula training, also studied breastfeeding courses at Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University. We can also offer support with pumping and bottle feeding. Don't hesitate to contact us with whatever help you need. We are happy to plan something that suits you and your baby's needs!
Preparation course
We can offer informative, dynamic and motivating breastfeeding education before the baby is born. Learning about breastfeeding before the baby arrives increases the chances of a positive breastfeeding journey.
It can be a way to involve the family and thus get the support you need when breastfeeding is at its most intense in the first weeks.
It can also be a nice gift for the birthing person to have this in a light and fun form at a baby shower or nesting party.
Breastfeeding education is included in our doula package.

Support
We offer the most comfortable option to get support with breastfeeding: right where you are, at home. Together we can find a time that suits you as a family and provide practical advice, as well as emotional support and motivation and encouragement.
Price:
700 kr per session. Approximately 1,5h.
Support package
Sometimes breastfeeding is extra challenging. We are here for that. Whether you have a specific goal like:
- Going from supplemental feeds to exclusively breastfeeding
- Correcting a shallow latch
- Finding strategies to deal with too rapid let-down
- Get advice on how to increase milk supply
Or if you want to have a gentle and motivating start to your breastfeeding journey with regular support, we are here to help you in your home as many times as you need.
That's why we offer discounts on our breastfeeding support when you book multiple sessions at the same time.
